It was so good to see you all during parent teacher interviews. I'm very proud of all of my students and the hard work they continue to do each and every day. I hope that your March break next week will be filled with fun and relaxation. I know your children have this break.
As you hopefully have noticed in the letter sent home last week, I am teaching the Bee Safe program this week. I sent home an outline of each of the lessons. We reviewed 1-4 on Monday. We will go more in depth with lessons 5 and 6 on Thursday and 7 and 8 on Friday. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. There will be skating this Friday, the 15th for the whole school. Grades 2 and 3 are skating between 9h45 and 10h45. If you are able to come help tie some skates and then skate with us, it would be greatly appreciated. Please note that everyone requires a helmet to go onto the ice, both adults and children. Any student who is not skating will be asked to bring work to the thinking room within the school to be supervised during our class skate. We have been learning lots about invisible forces, both internal and external forces. I took a few pictures and will post them in a new section named les unités transdisciplinaires. This is a new curriculum and covers social studies, science, art and health. Have a happy and healthy March Break, Mme Bethany
